HI LarryRH,

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

You might give us a little more information about slow..actually how long does it take, and what unit you have.

Be sure and join our Heartland Owners Club. Then join us at a rally when you can meet lots of the great folks here and make friends for a lifetime.

Enjoy the forum.

I have a 2017 Torque T-29 that takes about a minute to roll in. I replaced the motor last summer and it helped a little. I have found out that heartland makes a very poor trailer, i will be selling it soon and buying something that is made better, the quality control at heartland must be non-existent !

I think you will find that most all of the RV manufacturer's put out about the same build quality.

You might just get a bigger problem child...

Why not just get this one fine tuned and be done with it?

Electric awnings are not very fast to begin with...

Mine runs a little slower than it did when it was new (Prowler is three years old)...

Takes about 30 seconds to roll in or out.
