Bedroom AC Fan Blade Broken

Our bedroom AC was vibrating and it turns out the AC fan had a broken blade. We called Dometic they shipped a new one out and we received today - and guess what - it has a broken (off) blade as well - guess it couldn't even make it via UPS shipping........

This is very scary stuff.

I just replaced the fan blade on my 09 Sundance yesterday. The noise and vibration was bad. When I opened the cover the one of the blades was in the pan. I called my RV dealer and they had some in stock. $6.15. They keep them in stock. The plastic looks pron to breaking.
