Bedroom TV

I am planning on mounting a TV in tghe bedroom of my 2011 TI-32. There is a designated mounting area. What will I be mounting into, wood, sheet metal, foam, ? I want to have the right hardware when I do this, and nothing in the manuals provided give A clue.
