Took my 2008 Big Country 3490 out for the first time this weekend. When I tried to flush my holding tank the water never made it to the tank. I could not find a valve to open. Can you help?

Our black tank flush feature does not have a valve to turn on the water. On Big Country there are 2 inputs near each other. One is for the city water connection and the lower one is for the black tank flush. If you connected to the city water by mistake, then flush would not occur.

No fuss flush system
It is a 2008 Big Country 3490BH. I hooked the water to flush system. Opened the valve to drain the black tank. Then turned the water on to flush the black tank. I did leave the black tank valve open while attempting to flush. Water did not flow through, It did after a few minutes blow the the water hose off the connection.

There is a vacuum breaker installed on the flush system. This could be faulty.
