Big country slide out plywood rotted out!

Well due to my pending strike we have listed our 2009 big country 3285rl for sale. A interested couple came to view it this evening and found two of the three slide outs rotted plywood bottoms. I am shocked and don't know what to do first. The unit has been stored inside six months out of the year and maintained very well. Contact heartland? The dealer? My insurance company? I can't sell it this way? What do I do ? Help please.

How extensive is the damage? How far in from the outside edge does the problem go?

Can you take some pictures and post? This will help a lot in getting some advice for repairs from our other members.
