Bighorns in Albuquerque

We are in Albuquerque NM at the High Desert RV park and there are no other Heartlands here in this park except us!

We drove through the American RV park a little while ago and there was a rally for a very large, heavy brand of trailer that is now out of business. There were several MDT's in the parking lot to pull these long triple axle rigs. There were three Bighorns there looking good among the Casper WY. orphans.

I wonder if that was you we saw on the road yesterday? We were westbound on I40 late morning. Saw 1 Bighorn eastbound at the 130 mile marker then a short time after that I saw another one heading east. I was paying more attention to scenery and didn't get a good visual on the tow vehicle. I do remember one was a white GM product. I did manage a quick wave out the side window. Are you at the Balloon Fiesta? Had I known you were going to be in the area we would have modified our plan. Oh well, maybe another time.

It wasn't us that you saw because we came in on Thursday. It would have been nice to get together while we were crossing paths. We'll catch to you sometime.....

Wish I'd known you were going to be there Jay...you could have said hello to our next door neighbors from Mission....They are in one of the "orphans" being pulled by a Freightliner M-2....

I guess I better rent a billboard to let all my friends know where I'll be in the future. I would have stopped and talked to him if I had known.
