Hi, help, we have found that our Black tank has dropped a little bit and now the pipe below the toilet and on top of tank has a small gap and the water waste is leaking into the underbelly..how can we get access to the pipe and revolt the tank back up..cant find anyone to come look at it and since we are in Florida and live in it we can't take it into the shop..
It's a 2013 bighorn 36tb and we have 2 sets of tanks..its the front tank..

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. Since you can't find a mobile servicer and prefer to not take it into a service center, I'm hearing you wish to repair this yourself.
Here's what I would do:
  1. Empty and flush the tank well
  2. Remove underbelly material to expose black tank
  3. Inspect tank and its mooring to better understand how it was fastened in and what has happened
  4. Determine a plan for resupporting the tank and take care of that, taking care that the pipe from the commode reseats into the hub on the tank
  5. Apply a generous amount of ABS cement around the joint that was loose and allow to dry for a day
  6. Using the black tank flush (or a hose down the commode), fill the tank with water to the point what the water level should be above the newly glued joint and inspect for leaks
  7. Should you be leak-free, resecure underbelly material

Have you exposed the tank to review the mounting style, what happened and what needs to be done? Best bet for parts is to call Heartland directly with a picture of your broken part and purchase from them.
