black tank valve not opening

i have a big horn 3875 with a half bath a week ago i drained both tanks and everything was fine. went to drain the half bath and nothing came out not even a little liquid so is the valve broken or just cloged up. leaving tomorow so really do not have enough time to look into the storage area. also where would i get a diagram for the black tanks valves. i can see where the cables go but cannot see the tanks i would like to try and repair myself if possible

I'm having the same problem, with my Cyclone. I hope its just the adjusting screw for the cable. is there any suggestions on this?

They may not be closing all the way and all the liquid has leaked out.

That makes sense. I also read that the stem can come apart from the valve
closure. Worse case, I'm gonna have to replace the valve. It is definitely in
a tight spot. Thank you for responding.
