Brand Reps!

New to posting here and new to Heartland. I had to write and let people know that I am absolutely amazed at the attentiveness and knowledge of the Brand reps. I spoke with Steve today about Road Warriors and actually felt bad about having to end the phone call. His brand knowledge and enthusiasm about his product were refreshing and welcomed. He answered all of my questions and not once made me feel like I was being a pain. He even helped out with my myriad of Cyclone questions.

I can only hope that their customer service is as attentive. Just had to let everyone know.
