Breakfast Burrito Recipe

This is what I have made at some of the Rally's

Sausage Seasoning

1lb Ground Turkey 85/15 or Chicken
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sage
¾ tsp Black Pepper
¾ tsp Red Pepper
½ tsp Thyme
½ tsp Nutmeg
½ tsp Cumin

Cook until well done.

We make a Breakfast Burrito with this sausage mix.
1 Jumbo Egg
Chopped:
Onion
Bell Pepper
Jalapeno
Tomato
Flour Tortilla Mission Medium Soft Taco size.

And anything else you might want.

you can also buy crescent rolls from the dairy case. Roll out half of them (four) and lay them flat in the bottom of a casserole dish. next layer in your mixture and top with the other four crescent rolls and bake. We add cheese during the last 15 minutes of baking. They turn out great and even taste good reheated the next day if you have left overs. We have even baked these with eggs added to your mixture to make a complete breakfast sandwich.

We plan to have these at the Oregon Rally Sunday morning. I made the sausage and it tastes great! I'm sure everyone will love them and be downloading the recipe by Monday...
