Brown drips around bedroom window

I opened up my camper for a periodic check and found there was a puddle of brown liquid under the bedroom window and it was wet to the touch with brown liquid around the window. Any idea what that could be?

Has it been sitting in heavy rain? Could be a leak around the window picking up color from whatever it's gone past. Check the caulking around the top/sides of the window exterior.
