Campground Fire

For those of you who have camped at the Holiday Travel Park in Virgiia Beach, there was a pretty bad fire there yesterday, destroying the snackbar area next to the main pool, just as you come in the park. It's the area where they usually hold a lot of their activities.

Snack bar is completely gone and some damage to the surrounding buildings such as the camp store from what I understand.

Just thought you'd like to know.

Yep, heard that on the news. Though we don't go there, alot of local people do. Hopefully they will recover.

That'll put a damper on camping there for awhile. Let's hope they get it rebuilt soon. Nice (but noisy-F18's) campground.
