Campground near Andover, MA?

Anyone have any recommendations for a campground that can handle our rig around the Andover, MA area for a week? Have to travel up there for work, so need something fairly accessible to Andover proper.

Thanks!

Have not been here in years but it may be your best bet.

We've stayed there a couple times over the years, with shorter 5th wheels. Last summer with our Bighorn 3610RE, we scraped the hitch flanges badly coming down and out of their entrance since it's fairly steep and has lots of evidence of many others doing the same.

Not sure I can take that chance now that we're a full 45' long and have a spare tire carrier under the rear to worry about on top of it.

This looks like the next best option? The conference I have to attend at Andover Inn is literally dead in the middle (by .5 mile) between Black Bear Campground and Minuteman Campground. Black Bear looks flatter, larger and possibly more "big rig" friendly?

I have heard of black bear but never stayed there. We would travel further north on our summer trips.

Good morning, if this is the same campgrounds I tried to get into a few years back, they didn't take off road campers, it was full timers only, better check before proceeding ,if it's the same campgronds then it's quite a ways off the beaten path.

Hmm, not sure if it is the same you might be recalling, they seem to be right off I-95 near the MA / NH border? I did notice they have a fairly strict pay-in-full deposit policy if your stay is a week or less, which will might apply to us and I suppose I'm ok with. Credit card company will protect me the rest of the way if required.
