Can I get information from Heartland Parts

Have been trying to get through to parts but the reception recording does not give the option. I tried Lippert but that was a total bust
I need info on the back window ( the very rear, the one behind the ladder) that was broken on our Bighorn. I need to know if
1 They can or will supply it
2. do I need to replace the entire window and not just the crank Open window.
