Clean and seal roof

I have a 2015 Heartland North trail 23RBS and I want to clean and seal the roof. All the sealer around gents and pipes are good. Just the roof material ( whatever it is) is dirty and I’d like to make it ready for winter. What do I use to coat the roof?
