Plenty of hot water
If we are in a campground and connected to sewer, we leave the shower tank valve open and my wife and I don't worry about how long we shower. (Be sure to keep the galley and black water tanks closed; you will need the galley tank to flush out the line when you pull the black water tank.)
We've had two teenage granddaughters camp with us and with four of us taking long showers in succession, we never ran out. In cases like that, we leave both the electric element and gas heat on, but when it's just the two of us, the electric element is fine. And the gas heat has much faster recovery.
