We are plugged in but our inverter runs all the time. Where is converter so I can clean it?

What year and brand is your rig?
If you have a fifth wheel then the converter is normally located behind the wall of your pass through storage compartment.
If you can hear it you should be able to locate it.
You may just have a bad battery and the converter is trying to charge a battery that will not take a charge.

You are talking about 2 different pieces of equipment. One is the inverter, which takes 12 VDC and converts into 120VAC, to run a 120VAC device such as the residential fridge while traveling. The converter will charge batteries, it is located behind the basement wall on our rig.
Our inverter is located above the batteries in the front compartment.
