Cool YELLOW Cyclone and truck

Today, in Cisco TX at the Flying J, my husband saw this unique yellow accented Cyclone. It looks like they replaced selective graphics with yellow ones, instead, and also wrapped the front cap and side of the truck. It's quite striking!

I'm wondering if it's someone local, since Cisco's school colors are Gold (Yellow) and Black!
