You just have to make sure there is enough clearance to not hit anything when the slide-outs are in - and you will need to pull the inside panel of the base cabinetry and add some backers, but I would think you could add a countertop extension to your coach without too much trouble. Just get with your dealer to put in a parts order for one and specify the Vin #; countertop color and don't forget to get the hardware as well.
