I have a 2013 cyclone 3110 and the bedroom slide will not retract, i can hear the motor turning/running so it is not electrical, please how to i manually retract the slide so I can take it to the dealerthanks trevor

Hi trevor,
Not sure if this is the unit you have, but think so. We have a great Heartland User Guide section and Owners Manual section under the "Tools" section on the top of the page.
