Cyclone 4007 Electrical issues

So long story, but, 3 days ago at the last park we stayed at there was an electrical surge at the post, and noticed because living room tv, bedroom ac and outlet all stopped working. They moved us to another outlet. Everything was working again, except for bedroom outlet.

Today we are at a Harvest Host, with 50 amp connection, and went out to get fuel. Got back and now Bedroom ac and living tv not working again. The Surge protector states all is good. We checked the breakers, nothing is popped. What can we do?

Thanks,

Using your multimeter check the receptacle that the TV is plugged in to. If you have power then it would indicate that the TV is shot. And possibly the AC.
Do not rely on a visual for checking the breakers. Turn them off then back on.
Also check power at the pedestal. You may have power on only one leg.

Peace

You might want to remove the cover and trim from the AC breaker panel and measure the voltage on the wires connected to the individual brakers with an AC voltmeter for AC voltage present. This is an easier access, central point, for measuring voltages going out to the branch circuits before tracing wiring and digging into walls etc. trying to find where the voltage stops.

the way some of these units get wired up is questionable at best..... maybe you have a failing GFCI in the system that is being overlooked, but the GFCI should not have the air conditioner circuit wired into it....
the automatic transfer switch may have a loose connection, which is more common than failing for other reasons.....or a loose connection where the feed wires go to the breaker panel.... anywhere within the system there is a connection is a point of potential failure, and it can act exactly as you describe...... its usually found on one leg or the other of the incoming power...

Also, could be a possibility it is at the cord reel, if you have one installed.
The slip rings or contacts on the cord reel could give these symptoms.

Our rig's automatic transfer switch (box that switches between shore power and generator) was poorly installed resulting in a bad connection on one of the AC legs, only partial power for some things in the rig. Disassembly of that box was the only way to see/find the issue.
