dealer cost 2nd bedroom air conditioner with heat pump

Does anyone know the dealer cost for a 2nd bedroom ac with heat pump on Greystone 33QS? We are going to counter a dealer price which is 1K higher than our original offer. Is this a realistic counter offer?

I can't tell you what dealer cost is on a second AC, but I installed one myself about four years ago with out a heat pump and it cost me around $600.
So a grand doesn't sound out of line.
Just my opinion.
Is this a rig on a lot or a special order?
