Dent in axle tube

HI everyone,
I was just washing the BH and noticed a dent in the axle tube---looks like about 1/4 " indentation? I did not notice this the last time I washed (could have missed it). No issues with handling, tires, so wondering if this is something I need to do something about. I think?? there is some play in the tube before it will effect the axle. but not sure.

Where is this dent located?
Has anyone changed a tire or done any work that would have required jacking the trailer?
I know that of you get an alignment it requires bending the axle which will leave a little dent, so keep an eye on your tires.
If its just a small dent I would not loose any sleep over it. You may have just thrown up a good sized rock.
