The best fix is Eternabond repair tape clean it and stick it on there is nothing better. http://www.eternabond.com/

Head to your RV supply store and purchase some White Eternabond Tape. It's a permanent repair for a Rubber Roof. It can also be used on seams. Do a Search on Eternabond Tape.
