dometic rm1350 switches right to propane when turning fridge on wont run on electric

I just turned on my refrigerator for the first time this year and when I turned it on and after being on auto for about 10 seconds it switches directly over to propane and will not let me switch back off of propane. I turned the fridge off and on a few times and it does the same thing. The fridge works fine on propane it just won't work on just electric. Anyone have any suggestions on what to check or do

Hi milfordfire,

Sounds like you do not have 110V getting to the refrigerator. Check another 110V appliance like the microwave to make sure the coach has 110V power. Then check the circuit breaker panel to see if one has tripped. Sometimes they only move slightly when they trip, so feel along the edge of the breakers for one that's out of position. Check the outlet to make sure it wasn't left unplugged after winterizing. Our plugs are inside the lower exterior louver panel (outside). Also, check the GFCI outlet in the bathroom to see if it's tripped.

It sounds like you do not have 120 volts available.
Check to be sure that it is plugged in and check the GFI in the bathroom. Be sure out is not tripped.
