As I posted earlier, fridge coil leaking ammonia and no longer cooling. There is several companies offering replacement cooling coils at a substantial savings. Just thinking I'm not the 1st person to have this dilemma. Repair existing or pull the trigger for a complete new refrigerator? All opinions are appreciated.

Cuda, depending on how you use your trailer, you might consider replacing the RV type fridge with a 12 cubic foot residential type fridge. Dimensionally, it will fit right into the opening. You could add an inverter to power while underway or just leave it off while traveling.
We had our cooling unit replaced about 5 years ago and so far all has been good. Fortunately for us, it was still under warranty.
