Dometic Toilet 310 Leaking

Noticed water leaking on my floor; which was coming from the foot pedal when pressed to flush toilet. Replaced the water valve in the toilet last month with no problems or leaks after replacement. Pedal is not loose and the screw is tight mounting the pedal to the toilet.
Anyone have this problem before and any ideas what could be causing the leak? Thanks

Could there be a crack that formed in the valve during the replacement? May need to disassemble and inspect it thoroughly.

P.S. I've repaired the flush valve on a prior Class B camper with no issues afterward. But, on my Pioneer I did find a crack and ended up replacing the complete plastic toilet with a ceramic toilet from Camping World, complete with a "slow close" seat. Additionally, it is a standard chair height which makes doing business more comfortable.

I bought a complete replacement pedestal when the water valve leaked on our toilet. All new seals and gaskets and hardware

Absolutely. Don't bother buying the kits to rebuild the valve, or seals, rings, etc. Just buy the complete bottom pedestal piece.
