Door Hinge - Pin Ripped Hole in Door

This one is new to me. A pin seems to have wiggled its way out and managed to cut a slice through my door. Has anyone else ever seen this one??

Same thing happened to my 2017 Newport. When I took it to my dealer to have other work done, they took pictures and told me they would send them to Heartland for review. I have not heard back and I have not pushed the issue. I will be pushing it soon.

Keep us updated and I will do same.
