Draining low point drains

I see no caps or valves on my low point drains on my 2013 Heartland Wilderness 2250BH. So, how do I drain them?

Maybe I'm not understanding your question.

The levers on the end of the low point drains are the valves. In your picture they are closed (normal condition). To open them, turn the lever in line (parallel) with the pipe.

They do not normally have caps.
