We have a Comfort furnace which is a infrared heater like the Edenpure.It works great in the RV,but if you are going to be in temps below freezing,they can work to good. The infrared has to be set low enough so the RV heater can come on and put warm air into the heater vents to keep the water lines from freezing.I found out that the colder it gets outside,the more the forced air furnace needs to run to keep things from freezing in the basement.
