Electric Awning Just Clicks

Awning worked a few times and now just clicks. The clicking is coming from the awning itself. Got up on a ladder and had my wife move the switch.

Any ideas. My dealer is 130 miles away one way.

Well I do not have a fix for you but I do know that there is a retrofit kit for the electric awnings A&E 9100 which is supposed to enable the awning to dump rain water. The kit is supposed to be free but obviously someone needs to install it. Maybe just the time to investigate that before getting yours fixed. I am having mine done just before the rally in Goshen.
