Had one on my GMC and always liked having the option. One I got the Ford no one was marketing anything. Turns out BD Performance has had it for awhile, just no updated installation with the newer trucks.
It is out now. BD Diesel Cool Down Timer V2.0 #1081160
$145 off of evilbay.
5 wire install, ground, brake light feed, and 3 wires under the steering column.
Timer duration can either be by EGT probe or by time, 60 - 300 seconds adjustable.
I'm using the time function with an approximate 2.5 minute run time.
Also added a on/off switch so I could control when it activated.
I 3M taped the module under the dash and added an on off switch to the small panel at the left side 12 volt socket.
Not real easy to see in the first picture. The 6.7 connector you tap into is right behind the steering wheel. The green, tan and pink wires are the 3 from the timer.
