I just spoke to the Tides RV about our upcoming Rally. They are preparing/scheduling for their winter visitors. We need to make some decisions that will help them with winter reservations. November 1st is when the Florida Winter Season begins so we are slipping in just before rates jump. We've always planned our Rallies at the end of October for two reasons. (1) It precedes the rate increase and (2) typically October is some of the most pleasant weather in Florida.
What I have been asked is that if you are planning on attending please make your reservations before Friday, September 16th. After that we will release the remaining sites back to the Tides RV to help them book their early winter guest and sites may not be available.

Their rates are variable (fluid). I registered 6/30/2022 and my rate was lower than the $89.00 quoted. The Tides will work diligently not to exceed the $89.00 nightly rate and yet will honor lower rates if you register while prices are lower.
In Florida the winter season begins November 1st and rates will increase dramatically. This is why we will always have our rallies the last week of October. Rates can tend to start creeping upward as we move closer to the winter season and the Florida weather in October is almost always "Chamber of Commerce" perfect.

Friday Meet and greet - Friday night at our site (#202) - 6:00PM. Because we do not meet the minimum of units we will not be using the Tides facilities for our meals. Friday night there will be a food truck available for purchasing a variety of hot sandwiches (grouper, blacken grouper), hamburgers and hot dogs.
Saturday 8:00AM-10:00AM Pastry breakfast, juice and coffee provided by the club - site #202
Saturday evening - Dinner offsite at a local restaurant to be determined.
Sunday morning - Continental breakfast, juice and coffee provided by the club - site#202
Kleen Tank, the nationally-recognized, independent RV tank cleaning company will be onsite
Friday, October 21st. Rally cleaning fee: 2 tanks - $225.00, 3-4 tanks - $250.00
