Illinois Heartland Owner’s Club 2016 Rally
Friday, September 16[SUP]th[/SUP]
8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast at the pavilion
9:30 AM: Heartland Gives Back Program Guest Speaker, Stacey Skrysak, a local news anchor, will discuss the Triple Heart Foundation. Stacey is founder of this program which provides new books to NICUs at local hospitals for parents to read to their prematurely born infants.

10:30 AM: On Your Own; This is a good time to enjoy some of the sights in Springfield. Some interesting sites include the Lincoln Presidential Museum, The Lincoln Home, Lincoln’s Tomb, the Old State Capitol, and the Dana Thomas House. For information on Springfield area sites:

6:00 PM: Snacks & Campfire; Feel free to bring a snack to share.
Saturday, September 17[SUP]th[/SUP]
8 AM: Coffee & Donuts
9:45 AM: Leave for the Boat Ride on Lake Springfield with our own Captain Bob! If possible, you may want to carpool to ensure plenty of parking for everyone. A light lunch will be provided (sandwiches, chips, soda/water, and cookies). We should be back at the campground around/after 2:00 PM.
5:00 PM: Potluck; Meat (smoked pulled pork) and tableware will be provided. Please bring a dish to share. Potluck will be followed by a group photo and evening campfire.

Kathy and Kenny, We are sad that you won't be able to camp with us, but taking care of Kenny's health comes first. If you are able to come for the boat ride or any part of the rally, you know that you will be welcomed! We will be thinking of you. Paul & Elaine
