EVENT: Heartland Chapter Rally: NV, Pahrump - 10/19/2017 to 10/22/2017

Just a quick question for anyone heading for Temecula after attending Mr Philbrook's Pahrump rally. We'll have a couple of days to kick around and were wondering if anyone had any suggestions where we might find a couple of interesting places along the way to camp. Does anybody have a preferred route or is there only one? Thanx.

Hi Liz,
We are going to Temecula after Pahrump and will be spending several days between along the Colorado River near Laughlin. It will add less than 200 mi to the trip. The direct route from Pahrump is to head to Baker, CA and catch the I-15 to Temecula.

If you want to catch some interesting spots within the area, you can visit along the river or take a side trip to Joshua Tree N.P. or maybe Palm Springs. Also if you hit Temecula early, there are great wineries in the Temecula Valley. Not sure what type of interesting places that you are into.

We're planning on going directly from Pahrump to Temecula. We have found plenty to do in the Temecula area, including wine tasting. We always make it to San Diego, for at least one day, for great food and sightseeing. Then make it back to play with the other Temecula pre rally attendees.

We would like to attend this Rally however, we will be parked up the road at Wine Ridge RV Resort. We'd like to partake in all events if we're allowed. Do you have room for 2 more? No campsite needed.
