• Number of sites held: 12 (the campground called and has reduced our number of sites so if you are thinking about coming, make your reservations quickly.)
• Register by end of day 7/28/2020
• Site fee: $$33.00 plus tax off lake, $36.00 plus tax lake side site per night. per night.
• Club Member Event fee:
• Non-Heartland Brand fee: Since this is a camp-out; no additional fees, so invite your friends as well.
• Potluck: Friday 28th - 6:30 pm (central time) in the clubhouse. Meat (ham) provided by the Mathis'. Paper plates, utensils and napkins provided. Bring your own favorite beverage.

The Cumberland Playhouse show "Elvis has left the Building" has been booked for Saturday night, August 29th, for the following folks:

Cost is $25 per person ($50 per couple). I have made the reservation deposit. At this time the show is almost full because of the limited capacity due to the virus. They are spacing us out so we will be in the same theater but not as a group. Please mail a check to:

Looking forward to this one. This will be our first rally since the other two we were registered for have been cancelled.

We recieved news from the Heartland Club Manager that Heartland RVs has decided to cancel all HOC rallies through September 2020. This means that this will NOT be a sponsored event. If you made a reservation, you may still camp on your own or cancel the reservation. Hopefully this covid mess will be cleared up soon and any rallies scheduled from October through the end of year will be ok. As this was to be our first rally as chapter leaders, it is a real disappointment for us. Now we will try to plan for 2021. Thank you to all that signed up to attend for your support.

With the cancellation of the rally. Is anyone that already booked for the rally still planning on keeping there reservations and possibly camping out?
