Please remember that this is Heartland Regional Rally: All Regional Rallies are Heartland RVS only, no guests RVS. There is also a $10 per person charge for more than two persons per coach, to be collected on site.

The rate is $40 per night. In order to qualify for that group rate, ALL fees must be paid by cash or check. Anyone wanting to use a credit card, will be charge full price ($51-$57 for 2017) for their stay. The deposit required for each site will also be $40, again, paid by cash or check. If you come early or stay late the rally rate applies.
This is an awesome resort with a lot of amenities including three pools. One is indoors with a hot tub and two outdoors. One outdoor pool and hot tub is for adults only.
We will have a catered meal on Saturday with entertainment following.
Communities Overcoming Violent Encounters (COVE) http://www.callcove.com/ has been chosen to be the recipient of our Heartland Gives Back Initiative.
COVES Mission
The mission of Communities Overcoming Violent Encounters (COVE) is to provide shelter, protection and advocacy to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault as well as to educate the community on the root causes of violence. Services are provided in Mason, Lakeand Oceana counties to men, women and their children.
All donations and money raised (50/25/25, auctions, personal, etc) will be donated to them.

It would be helpful if all could check in at the rally hall or site 112 on the afternoon of arrival to sign in and receive your welcome bag and sign in. Rally bags will be ready on Monday afternoon
All activities are at the club house by the pool or behind it unless noted.
Please bring the beverage of your choice to events unless noted. Bottled water will be available

Performance Trailer Braking will be at the Park on 6-14 & 6-15 doing installs. He will also have extra kits available to be done at the rally. Stop by the install sites (to be posted later) and ask any questions or just watch the installation. Their show prices will be in effect.
