Hi, We're not sure that this is the proper place for this, but we'd like to get on the dry camp/waitlist for this rally if possible. It will be our first ever rally - Mike and Edythe Kuhn convinced us that we really should attend a Heartland rally. The park still does not have you on their wait list. We are sorry for the confusion, we had you mistaken for Mike and Terri Harnden. Disregard the last message where we said you are on the wait list. Can you please reach out to them and give them your info and dates please? We also show that you are forum users, not HOC members. Please go to this link (join the Heartland Owners Club webpage) and join (its free) so we can have you attend. You will need the VIN of your trailer to join.


**UPDATE: The park just called us back and let us know that they found your reservation form, so disregard the part about contacting them. However you have to still join the club as Heartland Owners Club members.

Sorry for the delay updating the attendance, waitlist and activity lists over the past few weeks. We've been dealing with a family medical issue which is now finally settling a bit and giving us a little more time to breathe! HA! kidding... it gives us a few minutes to get caught up on some rally stuff!

No, the Sea Galley restaurant in Port Townsend closed years ago. In fact the building it was in was in the process of being demolished when we left.

Hey Charlie & Sue,

We are trying to accommodate the most amount of people for the rally. The park has quite the variety of site sizes. We filled up quickly with the exception of several of the shorter sites. When we have a cancellation, in order to accommodate the next rig off the wait list we may have to shuffle someone around because of rig vs site sizes.

We stated in the original rally post that we don't 'assign' sites. We are working with the park to best accomodate everyone we can. The park reserves the right to change sites based on the needs of the park and your specific site is not guaranteed. We have instructed the park how we want to handle reservations and the wait list in order to maximize the park for EVERYONE. We feel EXTREMELY grateful that Debora the park manager is willing to work so hard evaluating and shuffling people in order to maximize the space for everyone. Not many parks are willing to work so hard to accomodate rallies nowadays.

We know people like to 'be next' to someone and if we can make that happen and not have to move you.....GREAT! We hope everyone understands why. Even if you do get moved 3 or 4 sites down from where you were originally placed...its just a short walk the sites aren't huge.

People we met at the Las Vegas Rally were so nice and informative. Oh, food and socializing fantastic. We're really looking forward to Redmond, OR. Plans are made for Albuquerque. We're also saving up, so we can pay for all the new stuff, you guys suggest. Lol Since Vegas we've added upgrades SnapPads, wheels /tires balanced and Mopeka Tank Sensors. I'm sure there's more to come. Hope to see you in Redmond.

Yes, until January 1st, you will get the $25.00 per person refunded. We will get to that soon. Sorry but we have had some family medical emergency stuff going on so we have been out of touch. The $35.00 site deposit is not refundable.
