geezzzz - what an ordeal. The rally has processed all of the event fees which you should see within the next 10 days or so.
Don't forget that if you want a refund from the campground, contact them at info@oakplantationcampground.com giving them the name the reservations was made in, your mailing address and your arrival date. They are refunding by check less the processing fee which the amount was not given. This might also take a couple of weeks.
Eventho the rally was cancelled, please don't forget the Heartland Gives Back which this year is to the Alzheimer's Association. Alzheimer's Association - To donate online, follow this link. To donate just half of your returning event fee will generate over $1000.00 so let's give from the Heart.

So sad! We were really looking forward to this rally. Byrd & Nathan, we know it’s a huge amount of work on your part and we’re especially sad for you. We hope this can be rescheduled for another time. Thank you so much for all your work. And to our Heartland friends (and to-be-friends)...we’ll miss you! Since the spring events have been cancelled, Heartland Owners Club has teamed up with TechnoRV to do a virtual rally on-line. Registration is required. Info is below:

Although the Charleston rally has been cancelled and we are moving to a virtual rally, please remember our Heartland Owners Gives Back program supporting the Alzheimer's Association.
