Experience with RV Factory Direct?

Greetings all,

After a two year search, we have finally decided to buy a new Bighorn. Now the question is where to make our purchase. We have looked at RVFactoryDirect.com which is the internet arm of World Wide RV in Mesa AZ. They seem to have a good online ordering system for new rigs, their prices are competitive, and pickup at the Mesa location would be reasonably convenient for us. However, none of that really matters to us if they don't provide good customer service. Has anyone had any experience with them either online or at the dealership? Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I guess the real question is, do you plan to spend all of your time in and around Mesa? If you plan to hit the road and spend most of your time traveling, then it won't really make a difference who you purchase from, since you won't be there anyway. On the other hand, if you are spending most of your time around Mesa, then it will make a big difference. Just to clarify your question.

John, We plan to travel quite a bit, so we wouldn't necessarily be going there for service later, but we were hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this dealer in regards to how they were treated at the time of purchase, PDI, etc. We're interested in getting a good price, but initial customer service is important to us too.
