I think your speaking to the stove vent fan with the clips for traveling. This was the Ceiling vent fan which has a thermostat on the wall to operate it. They are usually Fan-tastic "Brand" and as you know open and close the vent lid when operating. Some have the rain feature, when it starts to rain they close and
