Filling fresh water with out city hook up

Our Big Horn has the Anderson 4way valve and I want to know how do you refill your fresh water tank when you don't have a city water hook up?

If you're filling it from a bladder in the bed of your truck, you'll need a small pump to supply enough water pressure to open the check valve that's in the water inlet.
