I started out with a nice first aid kit from Sam's Club. There are many things one uses and runs out.
I found this site that I used to order similar single use supplies to refill my kit for much less than running out to Walmart. Some things are more expensive if you get the single use rather than a bottle of say ibuprofen but then you also don't have to worry about something being spoiled if it is single use.
