Because the factory is focused on quantity, not quality. Unfortunately there focused on getting it out the door when they should be focused on the new purchase user experience. But interesting to note I had suggested to Jim Fenner in 2012 that the heartland factory should spend time with an in-depth PDI before they ship any rigs to the dealer. I also suggested that this process would greatly add to Heartlands bottom line because they won't be paying out so much for warranty claims and the overall purchase experience would be escalated to a new level. It's been six years. Seems to make sense to me.
