FIXED: Heartland Owners Position Map Not Working

For some reason I can not get my location to update on the map. It gives me a pop up saying that my location has been updated, but when I go back to the map it doesn't show up. Any one have any ideas????

I have been having this same problem, but I thought it was just my puter.
I get the map initially and it allows me to post my location, but when the map comes back to show me what I have just added, there is no map.
Only the border of the map is there. The map and contents are completely blank. Trace

I can't get the map at all. It will let me update my position but the map does not show up.

I can find my position on the map and hit update. Then the map comes back blank. I hit show main map, which it does, but my updated position is not there.

Same thing as mine. Apparently it's not on my end. Hopefully they'll look into it.

When I try to edit/update my position and then click on the map it does not place the new marker.

Worked OK for me. Did update then marker was placed.

Just tried again... Clicked on Edit/Update, then following instructions to click on map to place marker - no marker appears. I'm using same laptop and it used to work, but not in recent history, including now.

Try using the locate me button at the top. That what I used.

Just tried mine again... doesn't work... I logged off then logged back on to clear cookies. Go to HOP; enter Buffalo Bill State Park, WY; I do get a marker, but 12 miles from our position; I click our position and get no marker. Ideas?

you are just south of Buffalo Bill Reservor

try adding the address 47 Lakeside Rd, Cody Wy

I use my I Pad and it has build in GPS...




ok....this is what I just tried
delete your current marker
in the address type Buffalo Bill State Park
down at the bottom hit update
It should go to a screen that says update complete.
If you go to the map it you show that I'm at that park......but I'm not.

MT......do you see my marker???

I use my I Pad and it has build in GPS...

Just an FYI......the park is on the north side of the reservor. I'm on the south.

I added my location as 47 Lakeside Rd., Cody, WY... That shows as my location, however, I'm actually 4 miles West of that address at the North Fork Campground of Buffalo Bill State Park. According to the on screen instructions, I should be able to click on my exact position (It used to work that way) and the marker would then appear at that spot. I could then update my position. That does not work now. The address does, but clicking and moving the marker does not.
