Floor registers

Has anyone had to replace the floor register in the bathroom or kitchen area of a Charleston?
Mine are starting to look chipped and rusted but I cannot find the same sized registers anywhere.

Did they change to a non-standard size? We found better quality and right size at Home Depot.

The size I have is 11.385" X 5.385" as measured on the floor and the screw holes are exactly 11.0" apart. I cannot find this size vent anywhere.

I just now measured one of my house vents and that’s the size.. it’s a common size.

Pull it out and measure the “box” of it, not the flange. It’s probably a 10” x 4”.
