David, these are the files that I could not attach to the message. The photo for the Hunter shows the switch on the side of the box, I mounted it on the bottom.

He sent me a PM about it, so I dug my info out of my computer files. I thought I read some time ago that the Hunter model was not available anymore, but there were alternatives.

Yeah, the Honeywell works great and is programmable although ours is always just set at 72°.

What we replaced was the old single analog thermostat that controlled both the furnace and AC using a slider switch for the temperature and a switch to select which function.
