it comes in pre painted sheet alum 4x10 ft i think .040 sheets. in many different colors

comes in sheets and different sizes and thickness of different colors. look for pre painted aluminum sheets in your area. they use it for signs and race car body's. i used .040 4x8 sheet gloss black. rear pc is 8ft long, front pc is 4ft long over lapped 1 inch. that way i can remove 4ft front pc if need to access frt jack. used 3/16 multi grip large head black rivets to hold in place. just drill out rivet to remove if need be.

if the paint don't hold up will remove and see about powder coat.
