Front jacks on 2016 Torque 325 toyhauler

We continue to have trouble with the bolts sheering on the crossbar that connects the motor to the gear of the front jacks leaving us unable to raise or lower the legs. Wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Welcome to the Heartland Owners Forum and to the family. We have a great bunch of folks here with lots of information and all willing to share their knowledge when needed.

The bolts your using,,, are they a grade 8 and correct size? You need to make sure your using the strongest bolt and it is correct size, 5/16", I think. Some other members will jump in with more info for you soon.
