Me, my wife, 2yr old son and our baby on the way have been full time in our 2015 Heartland Silverado 34SE sense August 2014. We have done some things to make it more home like for us, kinda like our own tiny home. Here are some things we have done.
-took out the closet made a bed for our son with drawers and dog bed under it
-made compartment for shoes in the stairs
-smart tiles in the kitchen
-oxygenics shower head
-painted the interior (still have to do the bedroom)
-replaced Rv fridge with residential
-removed a recliner to make a toy area

Hi Craigbimber,

Welcome to the Heartland Family and the posting side of the Heartland Owners Forum. If you have been lurking around in the back ground you have seen that we have a great bunch of folks and all willing to share their knowledge when needed. Be sure and check out the Heartland Owners Club and join us at a rally when you can.

Thanks for showing us your mods.

Welcome to the Heartland Forum. Nice modifications, it looks like you put a lot of thought into them. If have made or are planning any other modifications please post photos, they are always welcome and give others ideas about what they can do to their rig. Safe travels!

Thank you all. More pics to come. And I got the smart tiles from their website(been on 8 months so far no problem) and the rest of the stuff is from Ikea.

Welcome to the Heartland forums!

Nice mods!

Funny . . . I work across the street from an Ikea store (almost five years now) and have never once gone inside of the Ikea store.

Guess I should go in there and wander around one of these days . . .

Those are some nice mods Craigbimber! We welcome you and your family to our Heartland Family! Hopefully you can join us at some upcoming rallies and show those off and meet some of your new Heartland family members!

Welcome to the best club on 6-to-12 wheels Craigbimber and family. Nice rig and TV. Love the mods and ingenuity - especially utilizing the steps for shoe storage. Assuming you had to upgrade the batteries and install an inverter for the residential fridge? Look forward to meeting you guys at a future rally. Oh, and congratulations on the baby on the way. ☺
